Why have you taken £20 out of my account?

But if you remember back to your last order we did ask you if you wanted to start earning 33% CashBack on your orders from us...and you said yes.

In return you get the best wines, the best prices and that warm fuzzy feeling inside knowing you are supporting some really talented winemakers do what they love to do – make great wines.

Your £20 a month builds up to be spent on wine at any time. You aren't tied in to anything and can ask for it back and cancel your membership at any time.

We're really sorry if you weren't aware of this. We do try to make it as clear as possible, but all we really want is for you to be a happy bunny so:

How do I cancel my Angel membership?

To cancel, email: help@nakedwines.com or telephone: 01603 281 800.

How do I spend the money in my account?

Above the search box you'll see your account balance.

This includes any money you've paid in, any CashBack you've earned and any other credit you've got from us. It can be spent on all our wines, except any Advance Bookings (because you will save more than your usual 33% anyway!). Just add to your basket and check out.

Why has my voucher not come off my order?

Your voucher has a minimum spend. You'll find it printed on your voucher.

If, for example, yours says £79.99, then you need at least £79.99 of wine in your basket before your voucher will be deducted.

If you haven't reached this amount, or the product you've bought was marked to say you couldn't use your voucher then you've not met the criteria and your voucher won't be deducted, so don't checkout,! We'll show you in your basket whether your voucher will come off. You should never click checkout without confirming the amount you want to pay first.

But, if you think we've got it totally wrong, then call us on 01603 281800 and we'll sort it out for you.

Why will my card not verify?

We're pretty hot on stopping online card fraud, and for this reason we validate the billing address details you enter against the billing address your bank holds for you.

If they don't match, your card won't validate, even if you have enough funds available to cover the order.
